Covid-19 Impact on Shipping and Processing

This is a strange time for everyone, with quarantines and mandatory stay at home orders all over the country. Please be aware, that due to the global pandemic, shipping times are significantly impacted. Although we are still trying to get orders out to you as quickly as possible, we are trying to ship all the order same day before 5PM. Rest assured your orders are being processed and shipped out. In regards to shipping, there have been significant delays with order processing, receiving, and scanning at USPS. Some orders sit at the USPS facility with the "pre-shipment" status anywhere from 1-5 business days before they start making any progress towards their intended recipient. We understand this is frustrating for you, and we are trying to figure out if there is anything we can do on our end to speed up the process at the USPS sorting facilities, as they cope with the influx of e-commerce orders and a depleting budget.

Long story short, here are the main takeaways:

    Lately, USPS delayed a lot of deliveries from April 10th. They own the package and these are not lost!
    Per tracking # will show "arriving late" that's mean the package is still in transit to final destination and should be delivered any time soon. Please customers who ordered on 12th - 20th April more patience! We are working hard to get this done!
    We are not sure what exactly is going on but we are assuming:
    1. They are behind
    2. They messed up and sent with wrong truck.
