Please be aware, that due to the global pandemic, shipping times are significantly impacted. In regards to shipping, there have been significant delays with order processing, receiving, and scanning at USPS. Some orders sit at the USPS facility with the "pre-shipment" status anywhere from 1-5 business days before they start making any progress towards their intended recipient. We understand this is frustrating for you, and we are trying to figure out if there is anything we can do on our end to speed up the process at the USPS sorting facilities, as they cope with the influx of e-commerce orders and a depleting budget.
